If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us regarding a refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Express Shipping within Australia will take approximately 2 - 4 working days. Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately 5-7 days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post for all orders.

 For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.
